Hello aspirant,

If you think your rank is good enough amd you can get a seat at the AIIMS then definitely you should wait till the last round. Even if your score is not too good to get admission you can wait if you want as it solely depends on you. You can wait if the cutoff goes up maybe you can get a seat. so i will suggest to wait till the last round as noonne knows what's going to happen.
