See it's not a big issue but it can cause problems as it does not confirm that identity of you and what mentioned on caste certificate is same. To solve this issue you can carry  a self attested affidavit claiming that both the persons are same and just the name are mis spell. You can supported by carrying your parents document which would be helpful to prove that both persons are same considering that your parents name would be same on both the documents. Also you can apply for correction in your SC caste certificate in the regional office.
