Hii aspirant
With the ranks that you have secured under SC category you only chance to get into nit will be through home state quota
Some NIT you can get are
Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Meghalaya, Sikkim, Srinagar
If you belong to these states then only you can pursue your engineering in these colleges
Else you have to look for private colleges or through
State entrance exams

With a rank of 25438 you can get into lower tier NIT colleges such as :

NIT Hamirpur
NIT Srinagar
NIT Silchar
NIT Manipur
NIT Mizoram
NIT Arunachal Pradesh

You will also get lower branches based on your rank. You can try applying for admission in IIIT colleges and also other state colleges which accept jee main percentile for admission.
