Hello Arpan
Congratulations on these great ranks!! You have done well!!On this rank, you can definitely get a decent branch in IITs and NITs. Also, the minimum board (CBSE) percentage for SC category candidates is 65%, thus you are safe here. These are the possible options-IIT (Indore, Bhubaneswar, Patna, Gandhinagar, (BHU)Varanasi)- Civil EngineeringIIT (Mandi, Ropar, Goa) and ISM Dhanbad- ElectricalCSE at new IITs.All the lower ranked branches at older IITs.
Also, you can get some good NITs as well. It now depends on what you prefer based on branch, loaction, college, etc. to further choose a college. Refer to the college predictor links for more information-

Yes,u can get both iit and nit according to your Mark in category.the percentage need in admission in iit is 65% for sc.you have to see the open and closing rank of previous year of college.
if u r from another category like SC/ST/OBC then u need 40% in boards to appear or expect nit/iits. Yourvrank suggeat that you can make it to top nit and can also get good brancbes as well in the first round of counselling only. With this fine rank you can get iit as well.
