Chances are high to get IIT.

Specifically talking aboutI IITGoa I can tell about that as IIT goa is near IIT Bombay so mor no of applicants apply for it.

You should go for mechanical branch at IIT Goa for first round of counseling than after that for second round after introspection you can take better decision in 2nd or 3rd round of counseling
