If we analyze your rank in SC category in the first few rounds there's no hope to get NIT admissions.
But you can still try and hope for the best and attend every counselling and you can get any other government-funded colleges...

Your JEE - Main rank is very high as compared to the cutoff of NITs. You can get into private colleges or some low ranked not so well reputed government college or you can drop a year and try to ace JEE - Main next year.

With the category rank mentioned by you, it is not possible to get any nit or gftis as there are in total 40000 seats in nits so it is not possible.
You can go for state governed colleges. Or dropping for a year and giving it another chance. But with this rank it is not possible.
