Hi Eshwar,

For someone scoring 140 your probable rank will be 47,130 - 51,130. The closing rank for most NITs offering B.Arch is less than 6000 which is around 210 marks.

If anyone is scoring 140 or less the chances of getting a college for B.Arch. in an NIT are almost negligible.
