You have scored extremely poorly in NEET. As you have not mentioned whether you have any kind of Category or some sort of reservation, I am assuming that you belong to open Category or general candidate.
For general category students, the cutoff is little bit higher than the marks that you have secured. For general candidates, the cutoff marks is 145 atleast. Candidates who have secured marks in the range of 145 to 650 can apply for physiotherapy course and ones who have secured a better rank is given the due preference in admission during Counselling process.
In case you have some sort of reservation like Scheduled Caste or Scheduled Tribe, then only you have some sort of chance in getting a seat for physiotherapy. For Scheduled Tribe and Scheduled Caste, the cutoff marks is way less and in fact it is even less than 120. If you belong to that reservation Category, then you have some chances of getting a seat for physiotherapy.

At this point of time, you should look for some good private institutes that offers physiotherapy to students of your rank. You can also avail the provision of management quota.
