If we use the cutoff from last year, your prospects of admission into government medical institutions are, unfortunately, quite slim if you receive a score of 483 and qualify for the state quota under the obc category.

The cutoff score for the NEET exam last year at the government medical institutions of Bihar was 521 for the obc category under state quota. However, I will advise you to get counselling.
