Hello, it's difficult to say anything yet since 118 is very low marks ,it's not even confirm whether it'll be on pass side or not, so you have to wait until cutoff is out, till then we can't say anything because the minimum for obc category is atleast 45% which we don't know you'll get or not so I'll give you a link of college predictor it'll help you till then.
