According to the past year if a candidate (general category) scores around 60 marks in GATE , he had a very good chance of getting into an IIT.
So if your score is around the above given score , you have a great chance to be called by IIT

I think with this marks your chance is less.
For get admission in IITs EE, then your GATE score should be more than 600+.
