Yes, you can definitely opt for BCA course with 73% marks in 12th class. BCA is offered by private or semi-government colleges in India and each university or college has it's own fees structure as well as qualifications for the course.

Generally, they most basic requirement is having Maths, I.P or Computer Science subject in your 12th class.

Talking about fees structure in a good BCA institute is costs around INR 60,000 to INR 85,000 per semester (there are total of 6 semesters) , there are also colleges with fees per semester ranging from INR 40,000 to 55,000.
