Although the notice regarding the submission of Application Form of JIPMER did state that the affixed photo should have a placard held by the candidate in which Name and Date of taking the photo has to be mentioned, but quite a many student don't follow this.
Don't worry, her exam won't be cancelled at all and she can appear for it without any hassles.

There might be some minor issues at the security check but ultimately she would be allowed to give the exam.

But to be on the safe side, please do abide by the rules in order to give any such exam of prime value in an untroubled manner.
