Hello tridha, NEET 2020 is conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA), the correction window will be open for making changes in NEET application form from January 15 to January 31 2020. Wait for the NTA to send you email about to upload the right information in the application form. Rest they will be window that will open for the corrections in the application form for Neet 2020. At that time you can update the information and this correction facility will be provided to candidates from 15th to 31st January 2020 and no correction will be allowed after this date. The board will provide one time correction opportunity to the candidates only in the data which can affect the merit that is the rank. I hope the information is helpful to you.

Don't worry,You can easily correct your documents during correction period which will be released by NTA on 15 January 2020 to 31 January 2020 in official site of NEET.
Candidates can correct any documents and for photos you need to concern with NEET Authority during this period.
