Your question is vague and does not lead to any conclusion. You will have to clearly specify the entrance exam in which your sister has secured 382 marks. If the marks secured are in NEET 2019 and she belongs to general category, then there is no chance of admission in any of the government medical colleges. She will have to try in private medical colleges only.
