Shaheed Bhagat Singh, though a south campus college but is a very well known college of du for all the commerce courses . The faculty for commerce section has being among the top colleges of du and most people prefer to pursue their bachelor's degree from that college after the north campus colleges. The evening bcom prog of shaheed bhagat is pretty good and have awesome faculty.

If you're confused among them then I'll suggest go for shaheed bhagat. Du always be one of the top and prestigious university of India than IP. The faculty of Du be better than that of IP and you'll have a better campus life with a brilliant crowd. A bachelors degree from IP will not carry any value when compared to DU.
