As mentionedAs mentioned in the eligibility criteria a candidate must be at least 17 years old as on 31st December 2019 therefore a candidate born on or before 31st December 2002 is only eligible to appear for AIIMS.  your mentioned your son is not eligible to appear for AIIMS entrance exam however if you find that this is not justice then you can obviously challenges to court
