As ECE is the most preferred branch you have few chances to get in top colleges. If you belong to SC/ST you can get it easily. Anyways below are the colleges with tution fee per year mentioned at which you can get ECE ,

In the above colleges list IARE and GNITC are best in terms of placements, Faculty and facilites.
