Yes, there is a chance for getting admission into Deemed / Private medical colleges with 467 marks as barring KMC Manipal and Mangalore (cutoffs were 515 and 511 respectively upto the mop up round) the remaining colleges cutoffs ranged between 336 upto 491. Since the qualifying cutoff of NEET 2018 is lower than 2017 the overall cutoffs of these deemed universities may also be lower this year.

Please note that these are all cutoffs for Management/Paid seats
