Cutoff and merit list is released by the college every year and it is different so it is difficult to say now. You can go through UP PG medical admission. It has 50 percentage equal weightage for ALl India  quota and State quota.

Keep on looking for college options and their facilities and service provided. Choose some and keep them as option. When the merit list will be released then check for them and apply for college where there is high chance of getting an admission for a backup.
