Yes you can generate now from 23.02.19 to 12.03.2019. Addendum has been issued by AIIMS.

From 23.02.2019 to 12.03.2019 (Only for those candidates who will Generate their unique registration code between 23.02.2019 to 12.03.2019) and also complete final registration. Refer the link for more details.

Dear Sunil, the last day for generating the code was closed on February 17th, the Sunday. There has been no official notification  regarding any extension which means the last date remains unchanged. Without code generation, one cannot start final registration process and there is no other means of generating code now. Unfortunately this is a dead end.
