Hello,
As you may know, aspirants who have secured preparatory ranks are eligible for one-year preparatory course in different IITs. This has been reported by many students but I can assure you, you are not eligible for regular courses. The choices you are eligible for is of preparatory course only. So just be relaxed and choose the IITs. After one year of preparatory courses you get the direct admission for THAT PARTICULAR COURSE IN THAT IIT. I hope it helps.
