less that you'll get a seat with your Rank.

However in case you fail to secure a seat in a government
medical college you may consider taking admission to a
private medical college
In case you are willing to drop a year you may prepare once
again. With all due efforts and hard work I am sure you will be
able to secure a much better rank next year

Sorry to say but i dont think you will get a govt seat in whichever state you belong. As the maximum number of seats for general in a state is 1500(Govt).

Dear aspirant
According to last years cutoff your rank is low.  It is very difficult to get into any government mbbs college. You can try for deemed and private colleges. Or for any other course.
