One can not comment on rank just by looking at a person's marks. It depends largely on difficulty of Question paper. So if exam was easy rank would go down but if exam was tougher rank will be better. During my year i.e. 2012 one of my friends had 137 marks and his rank was 4000–4020 I don't remember precisely. But at this score multiple people are at same marks means you may find rank 4500 also having same marks.

Let's talk about your estimated score. You can get a wide range of colleges and branches​. In some of the good ranked colleges you may a low scoring branch like in case of VIT Pune I think you will get Industrial Engineering. And if your branch choice is CS or mech then there are many many colleges you can get into. It's not possible to list them down here. It also depends on your geographical​ choice like if you want to stay in your home town/city or move to other one.

I would suggest go through DTE website for past year cut offs and fill the options wisely according to your choice.
