I am sorry to say but your marks are very low for you to get into any governnment college for any branch. Even the category won't help you with such less marks. Even if you get any college, it won't be a very good one, it will be just an average college. So it may bebetter for you to try a private rather than the average government college. But sit for the counselling as the cutoffs change every year due to no of seats and students appearing for the exam and counselling and the paper difficuty level. Hope for the best.
