They won't deny your application for the NEET test, however I'm not sure. Don't be concerned about this. But a little smudging is OK; otherwise, problems may arise. They may attempt to make you look foolish about this, but you must watch out so that you don't become upset. They cannot prevent you from taking the exam at any cost. Make sure you have a color-printed admissions card, a photo, and all the other items that are permitted according to the regulations.
