Hello Vipin,
Yes, Sure you can get Government college. You have chance for UIET, Kanpur, Lucknow University, CCS University. Frankly, These college don't have good infrastructure for engineering. Among these three, Only UIET is good. You can go for top private engineering colleges on fee waiver seat. Choose FW seat while choice filling in counselling process.
