my user id is 94625 and the payment getway is not going successful. what to do?

Try after 24 hours. The payment gateways something faces trouble due to huge server load. If the payment gateway is still not working, try other modes like credit card, net banking from different bank account else ask some of your trustworthy friend or relative to pay and you pay them later .
