My waiting list number is 21, for MA(MC) in the Second Merit List. Does it get cleared?

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you,as you were having waiting number 21 and after 1st merit list movement so you have high chances of converting it in 2nd round as per seen from previous year cutoffs. So you are required to be positive and have patience and should wait for 2nd merit list.
