Can I please ask you some questions? I am an OCI, however when applying for provisional registration, it shows that I need a domicile certificate, and I need to be an indian national. However, I am USA nationality, but have an OCI. Please tell me how your wife proceeded. I'm so stressed out regarding this.

The NBE Information Bulletin states "Indian/OCI citizens who have obtained their Primary Medical Qualification outside India and do not have SMC/MCI registration should bring their original screening test pass certificate issued on NBE letterhead. But your wife will get the State registration by the time she appears for NEET PG next year. And she can appear for NEET PG 2021 and also be eligible for HP State Counselling. She will be treated on par with Local Candidates.
