IN M.A that is the post graduation level we m=have masters of mass media .If you have completed B.M.S and then you can take admission in Masters of mass Media which is 2 years professional course of media studies .The course is available in various colleges like under Mumbai university we have in St.Xaveries College, k.C.College, Bhavna's College and many other. You can visit official university website to get college list. If you are girl S.N.D.T is good option for you.
