There are some collegea having public administration with NCC. NCC Dayanand College, Hisar is one of them.

NCC - JSS College of Arts, Commerce and Science is another one. You can check for one of them for your Admission.

candidate must fulfill these eligibility for joining ncc after 12th:
Candidate must be a citizen of India.
Candidate age must be above than 17 years.
