Most of the institutes have entrance test based admissions and you cannot find such institute which consider only class 12 marks. It is possible that you can get the admission in the college which has the least cutoff marks a there is no much concern about the entrance whether qualified or not and you can get the admission there but appearing in the entrance is mandatory for all the institutes.
