For government medical colleges only three entrance examinations, Neet AIIMS and JIPMER
As regards to meet you must be getting the forms on the online portal were the second week of February, fill it up by the first week of March make corrections required by the second week of March, get you admit card by the end of April and then sit for the examination the first week of me and get the results by mid June
As of AIIMS usually the form availability is in the end of February to the beginning of March and the examination held in the early part of June
As of Jipmer forms,it is usually there on the portal by February and the examination held in mid may

Hello dear,

As far now only 3 medical entrances are conducted across India and these are.

• NEET.  Registrations might start from 1st week of January
  
• AIIMS. 
  
• JIPMER

As of 2017, only 3 exams are conducted for ug medical entrance
They are NEET for most of the government and private medical colleges
AIIMS and JIPMER for the respective colleges.

JIPMER-UG
For admissions into other government institutions like AFMC, AMU, BHU and the like you need to appear for NEET-UG examination as the admission process is being conducted in these institutions based on a merit prepared from NEET scores.
Also, admissions into deemed universities like Manipal, COMEDK also happens to be through a merit list prepared from NEET-UG scores.
