With lateral entry in BPharm you get entry into 2nd year for which the eligibility criteria is passed diploma in pharmacy from a institute recognized by PCI securing 50% or above aggregate depending upon the norms the institution, some of the entrance test conducted regarding this are UPSEE/WBJEE/OJEE/GUJCET/MHTCET/KCET/BITSAT/AP EAMCET/TS EAMCET to name a few, in some cases admission is also based on the merit of the qualifying examination, some of the top colleges offering BPharm Lateral Entry are Bombay College of Pharmacy, JSS College of Pharmacy,  Manipal College of Pharmaceutical Sciences etc.
