The HSLC (Class 10) pattern for the 2026 NBSE Social Science exam consists of a three-hour, 80-mark theory test with 20 marks from internal assessments, for a total score of 100 marks.  With subjects like "India and the Contemporary World" and "Democratic Politics," as well as a special section on Nagaland Geography & G.K., the exam includes history, geography, civics, and economics.
