You have not mentioned the specific course for admission in Anand Agriculture University. There are various courses under polytechnic, UG and PG. For B.Tech (Food Technology) the eligibilty criteria is the candidate must have passed HSC in science stream with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English as compulsory subjects with minimum % and should have obtained  qualifying marks in GUJCET.
