The only difference that you have already mentioned is that BCA is a bachelor's degree programme while MCA is post graduation programme. BCA is one of the best courses opted by most of the students nowadays. If you are wishing to go for higher studies, you can do MCA. This is the best option you can have after BCA. MCA will add an extra edge and update your skills & experience, will help you to place in good companies with decent pay scales. If you want to go for more technical expertise of application study of computers go ahead with MCA. Candidates with BCA degree can also get good packages.
