No no, there is no problem in taking that pen as it is for you only.
They give that black pen to avoid any cheating and any issue in exam. So they give their own pen masks etc.
So you should not worry about it now. Enjoy!

Dear aspirant hope you are doing well. I understand your cause of tension . But it's normal in exam center. Many of student forgot to return the pen after the examination. Don't take stress about it, it not affect on your results  . So don't think about this much.
