The cut off for qualifying the exam for the respective category candidates is as below.

• UR - 720-138 marks
  
• SC / ST / OBC 137-108 marks
  
• General-PwD 137-122 marks
  
• SC / ST / OBC-PwD 121-108 marks.

Remember, these cut off scores are for NEET 2021. The cut off might change this year, based on the following factors

• Highest score
• Number of candidates
• Difficulty level of the paper.

However for admission to government medical/dental colleges you need to score much higher.
Now that you have not mentioned what category you belong to, and from your question I suppose you belong to Gujarat and are eligible for admission to government medical/dental colleges in Gujarat under the 85% internal state quota.
The closing ranks for UR in Gujarat government medical colleges was somewhere in between 5k-8k in NEET 2021.
