I hope that you are doing well. It is difficult to predict about the seat you get as you didn't mention your category. But for general category the qualifying marks in accordance with last year is 147, for obc category is 147, for sc category is 113 and for ST category is 113. According to last year cutoff it is difficult for you to get seat through neet in any of the course.
You can try for other courses which do not require neet entrance exam like bsc , d pharma , b pharma , etc.
