JEE and NEET will not be merged with CUET in 2023. There is not enough time remaining in the current academic session for such a big change. The National Testing Agency (NTA) and all stakeholders must be well-prepared before the new common entrance test is launched for students.

CUET or Common University Entrance Test, earlier known as Central Universities Common Entrance Test is an all-India test held by the NTA, National Testing Agency for admission to various Undergraduate, Integrated, Postgraduate, Diploma, Certification courses and Research Programmes in 45 Central Universities of India.
However you have to keep in mind that NEET, JEE ARE NOT BEING MERGED TOGETHER IN JEE.
UGC (University Grants commission) has however proposed to merge all these exams together as to implement the one nation, one entrance rule. But this is still under the drafts. This proposal has not been approved yet. Also, I don't see it getting approved either as it will create lot of chaos and confusion.
So, CUET, NEET and JEE will be held separately in 2024 too as they are held now.

First of all let me make it clear " the two exams are not yet merged with cuet. Earlier UGC proposed to merge these 3 major exams into a single entrance test but according to many academicians and educationists merging of theses three exams will only create chaos and confusion among students. However the plan of merging these three exams is still under question. So can't say anything till now, just wait for the official clarification.
