Following are the documents needed for NEET Exam

Candidate's photograph.

Signature.

Left-hand thumb impression.

Class 10 mark sheet.

Class 10 Passing Certificate.

Class 12 mark sheet.

Class 12 Passing Certificate.

ID proof (for instance, Adhaar Card)


Details on image specification:

  • After 1st September 2021, image should be captured

  • The photograph should be of postcard size

Regarding photo :

  • There must be candidate’s name and date of capture written at the bottom of the photo

  • White background is necessary while taking photo

    Apply to JSS University Mysore 2025

  • 80 per cent of the image area shall contain the candidate’s face

  • Ears must be clearly visible

Photo must be between 10kb to 200 kb


Signature details:

  • Signature should be done in black ink
  • Must have white background and running handwriting


Candidates shall use left hand thumb impression with blue ink and 10th pass Certificate must be scanned.
