Firstly I would say that I can't tell you how much marks you would get but it is sure that if you solve over past 31 year paper would be sufficient for your NEET practice as well as for your neet exam because it sometimes happen that same questions reappear again in exams.So it would be very beneficial for your NEET preparation ,also this ample amount of question would give you an idea about how to tackle and start the question which will surely help you to get good marks in NEET.
