Unfortunately you cannot make it correct now because you missed the correction date set by them  but dont worry you can still appear for counseling though you can get some complications during admission. To solve do the following steps

1. You will have to prepare an affidavit duly signed by the you and countersigning magistrate in court bringing out the mistake and proof of correct spelling.
2. You should also leave a mail to the concerned authorities(NTA) informing them about your problem and they might help you with this issue.
