In 2019, under State Quota, an All India Rank of 2750 secured a seat in Fakhruddin Ali Medical College under ST Plain.  That was the cut off. It translates to anywhere between 500-525. Now this is 2019 data and cut offs change every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam. For 2020, you will need atleast 550 and above for a seat in this College.

Hello student cut off vary every year on various factors like the level of question in the entrance examination and total number of applicants in that examination, as per previous year records its expected that cutoff for ST category will be around 40th percentile. It may vary as onwards this year admission in AIIMS and JIPMER is also on the basis of marks obtained in NEET entrance examination.
