Hey,

The NEET eligibility cut off for the general category for the year 2019 was 135 marks for applying into various medical courses like MBBS, BDS, BHMS, BAMS, BPT or BVSC, etc.

The cutoff keeps changing every year, but usually stays in this range only.

To get into government medical colleges you will need around 500 plus marks, depending upon the state you stay in and also the college that you wish for.
