Everything you have in class 11th and 12th NCERTs in all the three subjects that is physics chemistry and Biology plus some extra portion is there for NEET UG entrance examination. You will get the full details on topics of each subject in the link given below-

NEET exam is conducted in order to get admission into MBBS colleges
National Testing Agency (NTA) is the authority responsible for releasing NEET 2020 syllabus for the medical entrance examination. The authorities released the syllabus of NEET on December 1, 2019, along with the information brochure.
