NEET 2021 official notification is expected in the last week of January. But due to COVID-19, there has been delay so please keep observing the official website.

As of now there is no update regarding any change in the exam by the authorities. However, you can expect a change in the syllabus as CBSE has already the syllabus for class XI and XII. Changes, if any, shall be updated as and when available.

Till now, there is no official news regarding the release of NEET Application form 2021. But it is expected that the application form will soon release by NTA in online mode at its official website. So, you are advised to keep a regular check on the official website of nta.
