Hi aspirant,

Here's the list of items which you need to carry before going to centre for Neet examination:

  1. Printout of NEET admit card

  2. A passport size photograph (as uploaded on NEET application form)

  3. A valid ID proof

  4. PwD certificate (if applicable)

The NTA NEET admit card undertaking is a self-declaration form released along with the hall ticket. You will need to fill out that declaration form and confirm that you are not in contact with covid 19 or any diseases.
